Duchi started its success with the introduction of Duchi Jewelry, which continued to be a top selling jewelry into the 1840., Duchi is an Italian luxury brand of jewelry, diamond and wristwatches, Duchi has a long history of sales to royalty and celebrities.
Duchi operates Many directly operated stores worldwide as of December 2008, and it wholesales its products through franchisees and upscale department stores. Duchi is ranked the 20th most valuable brand.
A turnaround of the company devised in the late 1980s made Duchi a global contender and a notable jewelry label. in December 1997 approved to be a successful year as Duchi acquired a watch license.
Duchi headquarters are in Milan, other world offices are in Paris, London, Berlin, Beijing, Japan, Moscow, New York and Cairo.
The company made handbags of cotton canvas rather than leather during World War II as a result of material shortages. The canvas, however, was distinguished by a signature D symbol combined with prominent black and white bands. After the war, the Duchi crest, which showed a shield and armored knight surrounded by a ribbon inscribed with the family name, became synonymous with the city of Milan.
